Rome, Italy
Set amidst a dense forest clearing, this A-frame retreat redefines minimal living through geometry, light, and texture. The triangular form rises sharply from the earth, blending rustic warmth with modern transparency. Expansive glazing dissolves the boundary between shelter and wilderness, framing the choreography of daylight and rain. Timber, glass, and steel intertwine to create a poetic balance between protection and exposure — a space to retreat, reflect, and reconnect. The design challenges the idea of luxury, replacing excess with intimacy and nature's raw grandeur.
